Team promotions as Rapid builds for growth

Apr 17, 2025

Leading supplier of renewable energy solutions to the trade, Rapid Renewables, has promoted two of its sales team to take on senior positions in the business as the company continues to grow.

Moe Hussein has been promoted to Branch Manager of Rapid’s showroom and warehouse facility in Brackley, Northamptonshire, whilst Tarren Simpson has taken on the role of General Manager for Rapid’s Heathrow Airport office and stock centre.

These new promotions are in addition to Rapid’s recent recruitment of Oliver Ellery and Ollie Lewis, who join the expanding sales team at Rapid Heathrow and Rapid Brackley respectively.

Having started its third year of trading, Rapid Renewables has developed quickly into a leading renewables distributor for many leading brands in solar energy and battery storage, including DMEGC, Van der Valk, Aiko, Fox and Alpha ESS. Offering next day and sometimes same day delivery of stocked products, Rapid Renewables has its own fleet of vehicles to enable rapid and efficient delivery of customer orders direct to the installation site.

Commenting on the company’s promotions and team expansion, Nick Edwell, director of Rapid Renewables, said: “Moe and Tarren have been with us virtually since the start and they have been an integral part of our success so far. We are delighted to give them the responsibility to develop the business from our units at Brackley and Heathrow respectively. The market for renewables has grown significantly so we are well positioned to support installers across the country with expert advice on the latest technology and a rapid delivery service, that gives us a competitive edge.”
